Tyco Thermal Controls Industrial Heat Tracing
Solutions designed for installation wherever a process exists in pipes, tanks, or vessels for freeze protection or temperature maintenance in light or heavy industries. This includes solutions for downhole applications in upstream oil production that allow for flow assurance or enhanced oil recovery.
Tyco Thermal Controls industrial heat-tracing systems reliably prevent freezing of water and other process materials. The complete system of self-regulating, power-limiting, series and mineral insulated cables includes products that are suitable for use in steam-cleanable applications, Hazardous (C1D1) locations, and areas where corrosives may be present.

DigiTrace 910 Series - Data sheet link
The 910 is a compact, full-featured microprocessor-based single-point heat-trace controller. The 910 provides control and monitoring of electrical heat-tracing circuits for both freeze protection and temperature maintenance, and can be set to monitor and alarm for high and low temperature, high and low current, ground fault level, and voltage.
The DigiTrace 910 controller is available with two output types: an electromechanical relay (EMR) for use in ordinary, non hazardous areas and a solid-state relay (SSR) for use in ordinary or Class I Div 2/Zone 2 hazardous areas. Communications modules are available for remote control and configuration, complete with supervisor software capability.

Raychem Stripping Tool for Enhanced Safety, Time Saving and Improved Reliability
The Stripping -Tool-SR-Cable is a cable stripping tool with no exposed moving Blades. The tool has a robust metallic body, ergonomic contour and replaceable blades. The scoring blades are protected by a spring loaded cap that rotates automatically. For safety, the cap rotates back to it's original position automatically after the cutting operation is performed.

Pyrotenex MI CABLE – PROCESS TEMPERATURE MAINTENANCE
Alloy 825 Mineral Insulated Heating Cables provide solutions for industrial freeze protection and process-temperature maintenance applications in hazardous and non hazardous locations. Tyco Thermal Controls' MI Technology is used where high power output, high exposure temperatures, or extreme resistance to environmental corrosives are needed. MI heating cables can provide up to 82 watts per foot (269 watts per meter) of power output with area classification and design approvals.
MI heating cables are constructed and approved for use in non hazardous and hazardous (classified) The maximum application temperature for heating units is 1022 ° F (550 ° C) and the maximum exposure temperature for the heating cable is 1238 ° F (670 ° C). Higher temperatures are available by special order.

DIGITRACE – CONTROL AND MONITORING
The DigiTrace® control panel is a dedicated power distribution, control, ground-fault protection, monitoring, and alarm panel for freeze protection and broad temperature maintenance heat-tracing applications. The wallmounted enclosure contains an assembled circuit-breaker panelboard. Panels are equipped with circuit breakers with or without alarm contacts. The group control package allows the system to operate automatically in conjunction with an external controller/thermostat.
